Cancellation Policy
I want to provide everyone with a positive waxing experience when you book your appointment, know that the time booked is undivided and is solely yours! Be mindful for the client after you and their undivided time please be on time for your appointment. If you cancel the day of (24 hours or less) or are more than 6 minutes late. You will be charged a fee of 50% of the service scheduled. Clients that fail to show to appointment will be charged a fee of 100% of the service scheduled. I know first hand that life happens, I will do my best to accommodate if you contact me.
