Cancellation Policy
I want everyone to have a positive waxing experience! When you book your appointment, know that the time reserved is just for you. Please be mindful of the client after you and their time, so it’s super important to arrive on time.
If you cancel within 24 hours or are more than 6 minutes late, there will be a fee of 30% of the scheduled service. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you'll be charged 100% of the service. I totally understand that life happens, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you if you reach out to me. Thanks for understanding!
